What is Jobbie? (and which Jobbie we mean)
Jobbie (jobbie.bot) is an AI auto-apply bot: you upload a resume, set preferences for role, location, and pay, and it finds matching postings, fills out each employer's application — fields, screening questions, a tailored cover letter — and submits it for you. Its positioning is blunt and appealing: "Stop applying. Start interviewing." Full disclosure before we go further: we build JobSpider, a direct competitor. This review sticks to what Jobbie's own site publishes, we'll say clearly what it does well, and you should confirm every detail on jobbie.bot before buying — pricing and features change.
One clarification worth making early, because it pollutes the search results: jobbie.bot is not jobbie.io. The .io site is an unrelated resume-builder product, and much of the negative "is Jobbie a scam?" chatter you'll find on review aggregators and scam-checker sites is about that other product or simply conflates the two. If you're researching the auto-apply bot, make sure whatever review you're reading (this one included) is actually talking about jobbie.bot.
What Jobbie does
Jobbie sits in the small group of tools that complete real applications rather than autofilling forms for you to submit. It works in two modes: one-click applications, where you browse your matched jobs and fire off applications individually, and Autopilot (on its Growth and Pro plans), which picks strong matches and applies on a schedule with no clicks. Each application gets an AI-written cover letter tailored to the posting, and its dashboard shows the full set of answers that were submitted for each application — a genuinely good transparency feature that more tools should copy.
As of July 2026, Jobbie lists support for nine platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, Paylocity, JazzHR, Workable, BambooHR, and Indeed (via a connected Indeed account). That list includes real enterprise ATSs — Workday support in particular separates serious auto-apply engines from LinkedIn-only scripts. Coverage is limited to jobs in the US and Canada. A Resume Tailor feature generates role-targeted resume PDFs from your profile; per Jobbie's own FAQ, that full feature is part of the Pro plan.
Jobbie pricing, explained
Jobbie's pricing is public and application-based — a good sign in a category full of hidden checkout prices. The free tier includes 5 applications with no card. Paid monthly tiers are Starter at $19 for 100 applications, Growth at $39 for 275, and Pro at $79 for 750. A "Boost" option adds 50% more applications to a paid tier, and you can also pay by the day or week if you want a shorter commitment. Applications that fail to go through are refunded to your quota — the right policy, and one we'd treat as table stakes for any tool in this category.
Judged per application, that works out to roughly 19¢ on Starter, 14¢ on Growth, and 11¢ on Pro. That's reasonable for true end-to-end submission — but it is beatable. For context, JobSpider's equivalent tiers are $17.10 for 100, $35.10 for 275, and $71.10 for 750 (17¢/13¢/9¢ per application), with 5 free applications matching Jobbie's 5. What Jobbie genuinely does well
Credit where due. Jobbie really submits, end to end, on direct ATSs — including Workday, which most competitors skip because it's hard. Its pricing is published, flat, and refund-backed rather than hidden behind a signup wall. Its dashboard shows exactly what was answered on each application, which is the single best trust feature an auto-apply tool can have. And the product is fast to start: upload a resume, set preferences, and applications are going out the same day. If you're evaluating the auto-apply category, Jobbie belongs on your shortlist.
Where Jobbie falls short
The limitations are mostly about breadth. Nine platforms is a real list but not a complete one: there's no LinkedIn Easy Apply, and no SmartRecruiters, Eightfold, or Phenom — enterprise systems that gate a lot of large-company hiring. Geographic coverage stops at the US and Canada, so any search touching other markets is out of scope. The free tier's 5 applications is enough to see the mechanics work but thin for judging match quality. And full per-role resume tailoring sitting on the $79 Pro tier means the mid-tier experience leans on your single base resume.
Is Jobbie legit and safe?
Based on everything publicly visible, Jobbie is a legitimate product: real end-to-end applications, published pricing, an automatic refund policy for failed submissions, a visible team presence on X and an active Discord community. The scary-looking "low trust score" results you may find on scam-checker sites largely trace back to the unrelated jobbie.io, or to the generic newness of the .bot domain rather than any documented misbehavior by the product. Standard advice applies as it would to any service holding your resume and work history: read the privacy policy, start on the free tier, and audit the applications it sends before scaling up.
